RATES, TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Effective September 30, 2008, STi Prepaid is the provider of service for Sprint-branded prepaid calling cards.
Sprint-Branded Interstate Domestic & International Calling Card – Terms and Conditions
The maximum domestic rate printed on the card back applies to domestic interstate (state to state) calls and is subject to change. Effective October 1, 2009, the effective rate for intrastate rates (calls made within the same state) changed. Please check the effective rate for your card on the Rate Lookup tool or contact the customer service number printed on the back of your card.
Unless otherwise specified, all prepaid calling card usage is deducted in whole minute increments. Partial minutes are rounded up to the next whole minute.
Until the full amount of the card is exhausted, the per-minute cost of a call will be deducted on a real-time basis as the prepaid calling card is used.
The rates for these cards are available via the Rate Lookup tool. Rates are subject to change without notice.
Current rate information may be obtained by calling the Customer Service number on the back of your prepaid calling card.
The following types of calls may not be completed with a prepaid calling card: calls to 700, 900 or other entertainment numbers; operator assistance calls and calls requiring time and/or charges.
Some countries do not permit prepaid calling card usage.
Calls placed to domestic and international mobile telephones will be billed at a higher rate.
A surcharge will apply to all calls originating from payphones.
Where available, Directory Assistance will be charged at $1.25 per call.
If the prepaid calling card has an expiration date, it will be printed on the card back.
Fees & Surcharges
If the prepaid calling card includes additional fees and surcharges when placing a call, the fees and surcharges will be printed on the card back.
Recharge
Some prepaid calling cards are rechargeable. If applicable, recharge instructions are printed on the prepaid card packaging.
Recharge rate per minute may vary from original purchase price per minute due to retail pricing, taxes or surcharges.
Buyer Rights
If a dispute arises the customer has the right to contact the State Utility Commission in the state where the card was purchased.
STi Prepaid, LLC (“STi”) is not responsible for lost or stolen cards and warns its customers to protect their cards after purchase and activation. Card has no cash redemption value, and is Non-refundable and Non-transferable.

STi makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the conditions or fitness of the services offered for any particular use or purpose. The liability of STi or any of STi’s agents, service providers or employees arising out of or in connection with the service will be limited to an amount equal to the charge for the service. In no event will STi, it’s employees, agents or service providers be liable for any punitive, special, indirect or consequential damages for any cause of action, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise and whether or not a party was or should have been aware of the possibility of these damages.
